**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Collect the information of marketing intelligence, customer orders, customer forecasts, and project phase in /out on monthly basis.
+ Align with Divisions and Sales/Marketing to generate the monthly demand plan.
+ Maintain the monthly demand plan in system.
+ Facilitate S&OP meetings
+ Track the demand variation on product sets level and customer level.
+ Improve the demand planning process to achieve better DFA (demand forecast accuracy)

**What We're Looking For**

+ University degree with the major of Statistics preferred
+ At least 3 years’ working experience in the field of demand planning
+ Sound SAP knowledge
+ Good English skill and Microsoft...
