Job Overview


The Demand Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts at the item and plant level to support Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes. This role plays a key part in enabling data-driven decisions across the organization by partnering closely with Sales, Operations, Fulfillment, and Finance to ensure forecasts align with business objectives and customer needs.

• Lead the creation and analysis of monthly demand forecasts across multiple trailer business units.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Fulfillment teams to ensure demand signals reflect market dynamics and customer trends.
