Demand Planning & Inventory Management Manager

Job Summary

The Demand Planning & Inventory Management Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end demand forecasting, order generation, and inventory management processes to ensure optimal product availability while minimizing inventory investment and supply chain costs. This role collaborates closely with Merchandising, Distribution Center, Franchise Operations, Ecommerce, Finance, Marketing, and Business Development in order to develop accurate demand forecasts, generate replenishment orders, maintain inventory target levels at the Distribution centers in Paranaque and Cebu. Included in the responsibilities is accuracy and freshness of DC inventory. The role also requires driving continuous improvements in supply chain performance.
