Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing planning, delivery, and supply-related matters.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring effective issue resolution and high satisfaction levels.
Provide regular and ad-hoc updates on production schedules, order status, and delivery timelines.
Monitor production plans and ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements while addressing any supply risks.
Analyze supply chain performance metrics, support root cause analysis for missed targets, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and overall performance.
Requirements
Degree in Supply Chain Management, with 2 years' experience, strong Excel skills and SAP/MRP knowledge is an advantage.
