You will be responsible to support the Chef de Partie in preparing high-quality Chinese cuisine and managing a specific kitchen section. This role is hands-on and focuses on maintaining food quality, consistency, and cleanliness, while developing culinary skills and contributing to a smooth kitchen operation.
β’ Minimum 1β2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in Chinese cuisine.
β’ Basic knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques (e.g., stir-frying, steaming, roasting, dumpling preparation).
β’ Understanding of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices.
β’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of teamwork.
β’ Willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of senior chefs.
β’ Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
β’ Culinary education or certification is an advantage.
