Manage a hot kitchen section, ensuring food safety and quality.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including Turkish, Arabic, North Indian, pastries, desserts, breads, and pizza, following recipes and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
Assist in daily kitchen operations, inventory management, and menu development.
Train and supervise junior staff, promote teamwork and uphold hygiene standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation standards.
Qualifications
2 β 5 Years of experience.
Location: Abu Dhabi β United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Preferred: Culinary diploma and food safety certification.
