To support the pastry station in the consistent production of high-quality desserts, pastries, and confectionery items. The DCDP will work under the guidance of the Chef De Partie to ensure that all sweet offerings meet the brand’s aesthetic and quality standards, while maintaining strict adherence to HACCP food safety protocols in a high-volume production kitchen.
