As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in the daily operation of the assigned kitchen section, ensuring food is prepared and presented according to hotel standards and guest expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Prepare, cook, and present food items according to approved recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
+ Support the Chef de Partie in managing the assigned kitchen section efficiently.
+ Ensure all mise en place is prepared and available before service periods.
+ Maintain high standards of food hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety in accordance with HACCP requirements.
+ Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
+ Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food products following FIFO procedures.
