Prepare and produce the daily desserts for the restaurant, terrace, Le Cervin , and Room Service. Complete mise en place for the breakfast service. Prepare mise en place for the à la carte menus in Le Cervin and the main restaurant. Prepare and set up the kitchen buffet for the bar and lobby. Assist with the planning and development of à la carte dessert menus. Prepare all doughs required for the kitchen. Produce a wide variety of desserts, pastries, and homemade ice cream.
