We're looking for a skilled and reliable Demolition Operative to join a high-end residential refurbishment project in Mayfair. This is a great opportunity for those with experience in high-spec projects to get started right away.

Key Responsibilities:

Soft strip and demolition work
Supporting site trades as needed
Moving and organising materials
Skip loading and waste removal managementWhat You'll Need:

A valid CSCS card
Two recent, contactable references (site managers)
Experience working on high-end resi refurbishments The Role:

Position: Demolition Operative
Start Date: 29/6
Location: Mayfair, Westminster
Pay: £(Apply online only) per week before tax PAYE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
