The Swiss Federal Institute for Forest, Snow and Landscape Research WSL is seeking a Scientific Assistant in Tree-Ring Ecology for a 1-year, 80-100% position based at WSL in Birmensdorf. You will contribute to the EU OptFORESTS project by analyzing tree-ring width and density data from collaborative European garden experiments and support related field campaigns.

The role requires a recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences or Forest Ecology, with interest or
