Small endodontics office is looking for a fully bilingual assistant that could also help in secretarial tasks.
What you will be doing?
Assist the doctor chair side (helping the main assistant or assisting the doctor directly); setting up rooms, doing sterilization, taking X-rays/CBCTs, communicating with vendors, providers, etc.
Assist in presenting treatment plans chairside during consultations (collect copayments, making appointments, etc.)
Assist in documentation
Assist in answering the phone when the front desk is on lunch or busy (training provided)
What are we looking for?
Bilingual communication (verbal and written in English and Spanish)
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Words, etc. (desirable)
Previous dental office experience (preferred)
Familiarity with HIP...
