Salary and Benefits

• Base salary range: $201,000 to $250,000
• 10% salary differential for this location (raises range to $178,303.84 to $205,393.76)
• $5,000 annual company credit card for licensing, DEA, CE, and equipment (includes custom-fitted loupes)
• $15,000 sign-on bonus
• $10,000 relocation reimbursement
• Additional $10,000 relocation for parent or in-law
