The Head of System Planning is responsible for orchestrating the strategic planning, governance, and financial oversight of the entire IT landscape. This role serves as a critical bridge between business strategy and technology execution, ensuring that IT investments, solutions, and capabilities are closely aligned with the bank’s regulatory obligations, risk posture, and growth ambitions.

Operating in a highly regulated and risk-sensitive environment, the role carries accountability for integrating key functions including IT financial management, vendor and outsourcing governance, enterprise project portfolio management (PMO), enterprise architecture, and business relationship and demand management. The incumbent ensures that technology initiatives are cost-effective, compliant, and deliver measurable business value, supporting digital transformation priorities such as customer experience, data-driven banking, and platform modernization.
