Job Description
The purpose of this role is to overlook the Sample Receipt, Sample Registration, Sample Preparation, Subcontract Testing & Internal Supply Chain departments.
This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 08:00 till 16:00.
Daily management samples, sample registration and preparation to nominated service levels.Maintain relevant levels of performance ensuring agreed daily targets are achieved.Primary knowledge holder of customs requirements to enable the timely despatch of samples from Wolverhampton to worldwide testing labs.Maintain relevant management reporting and KPI’s providing status at a glance across all performance areas.Define and implement timely corrective actions where targets are not being met.Manage and direct subordinates to achieve nominated daily targets.Manage all performance areas in compliance with Health & Safety polic...
