What you will do

• Customer Onboarding & Deployment: Lead the seamless onboarding of new enterprise customers and building portfolios onto the Trane platform, ensuring rapid time-to-value. Oversee technical deployment across AWS and Google Cloud environments, coordinating with cloud partners and internal engineering teams. Develop scalable onboarding methodologies, playbooks, and tooling to support a growing, global customer base. Ensure full compliance with applicable U.S. and Canadian energy, data privacy, and building regulations throughout deployment.
