Build and manage project plan with milestones, dependencies, deliverables tracking, RAID management and governance

Support deployment leads in daily/weekly deployment cadence meetings including project metrics, change requests (CCB), RAIDs items and escalations review

Support deployment leads in weekly program meetings to present the release metrics, RAID items and escalations

Partner with peers to ensure resources, timelines, and budget objectives are met for program

Ensure the project plan is updated and accurately reflect the release progress – Actual vs Planned, dependencies and critical-path items

Handle cross-program interdependencies, issues, and challenges by working with respective collaborators to implement controls, cadence, and risk mitigations

Ensure cross-program workstreams (Testing, Cutover, Hypercare, etc.) are coordinated and performing per plan
