Ensuring that equipment and critical stores are received, delivered and collected on time, and that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met.
Providing real-time visibility of equipment and critical stores holdings through SAP accounting and active stocktaking
Being fully compliant with all transport legislation, including the Driver’s Regulations & Working Time Directive, in line with the O license legalisation and company procedures
Managing the budget and maintaining statistical and financial records across all workstreams
Resource and transport planning through task scheduling and delivery programme
Working with the Logistics Operating team to maintain the Out of Hours call rota to ensure that assets and inventory are available 24/7 – 365 days.
