Job Description
As a Recycling Centre Supervisor, you will play a hands-on role in maintaining and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our recycling depot. Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
Supervise and lead a small team providing ongoing mentoring, coaching, and supportEnsure maximum operational uptime and processing volumes through efficient management of operational teamResponsible for all depot WHS governance, practices and improvementsDevelop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholdersWork on the ground with team when work volume demands are highMaintain a professional and clean work environment staff and customersTroubleshoot with Technician on RVM issuesCompliance with TOMRA SAFE Standards and GuidelinesQualifications
