This position is responsible for overseeing all NCAA compliance operations and supporting the administrative functions of the Athletics Department. The role leads the development, implementation, and monitoring of a comprehensive compliance program covering eligibility, recruiting, financial aid, amateurism, and ethical conduct. The position also collaborates across campus to coordinate academic eligibility, reporting, and strategic initiatives while supporting the Director of Athletics in departmental operations.
Title will be appointed at the Associate AD or Deputy AD level based on experience, qualifications, and breadth of assigned responsibilities.
