We are looking for a CFO Assistant to join Kymos Group.
You will be a key member of our Finance and Administration team, supporting our three sites in Spain, Germany, and Italy. You'll supervise the day-to-day operations of each department, ensuring compliance with policies and implementing new procedures. Your primary duty is to support the CFO and report to the Financial Director.
Responsibilities
- Review, supervision and negotiation of all direct and indirect expenses, outsourcing services, and group contracts.
- Participate in the preparation and consolidation of the annual budget and its forecasts or periodic reviews.
- Carry out the reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual), ensuring consistency with accounting and management reports and addressing possible deviations and risks.
- Optimize management information systems.
- Develop and implement the system of flows, SOPs, procedures and good practices for the department.
