About the Role

Talarico for Texas is building a movement to take back power for working people. We are seeking a full-time Deputy Director for Creative Production to join our communications team. This is a managerial role that will oversee the production of video, photo, graphics, and other digital content capable of breaking through an increasingly fragmented and fast-moving new media environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Creative Director in managing a multidisciplinary team of videographers, photographers, graphic designers, and editors to produce high-quality digital content tailored to diverse online audiences


• Direct the content editing process from rough cut to final delivery — setting timelines, workflows, staff capacity allocations, and quality standards to ensure high-quality final products for both rapid response and long-term digital content projects
