Position Overview
Summary The Deputy for Programs and Analysis is in the Office of the Secretary (OS), Office of the Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary for Administration (CFO/ASA), Office of Acquisition Management (OAM). OAM coordinates closely with the Department Budget Office, the Chief Information Officer, General Counsel, and Bureaus on acquisition program management and review of all major programs and projects. Responsibilities The Deputy for Programs and Analysis is responsible for the development and implementation of broad policies, standards, and procedures for the department's acquisition program and leads independent reviews, alternative analysis, business case reviews, and risk studies and analysis.
