SEARCA seeks a visionary Deputy Director for Programs to lead transformative agricultural initiatives, forge strategic regional partnerships, and mobilize donor support aligned with SEARCA’s mission for inclusive and sustainable development.

Duties of the Non-Filipino Deputy Director

1. Assist the Director in planning, managing, and monitoring SEARCA’s core programs' performance and progress.
2. Assist the Director in coordinating the implementation of the core programs of the Center, especially in relation to the participation of member states of SEAMEO.
3. Assist the Director in linkaging and networking SEARCA’s core programs.
