An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Oncology and Haematology Directorate for a Deputy Directorate Manager position.

The Churchill Hospital provides expert care for the Thames Valley for common tumour types, and for a wider region for rarer indications. The Oncology and Haematology Directorate covers several core services which are:

Oncology - including an Oncology ward, teenage and young adult unit and Radiotherapy department with linear accelerators

Haematology - including a Haematology ward, Bone Marrow Transplant service and patient hotel

Oncology and Haematology also share a -bedded emergency triage service, two chemotherapy day treatment units (Oxford and Banbury) and an ambulatory unit

Palliative Care - which includes day services, a hospital team and a community palliative care service, all provided in conjunction with Sobell House Hospice Charity
