DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



"Meets with CHA leadership to create, implement and enforce CHA policies, federal and state laws and regulations.

"Drafts contracts, intergovernmental agreements, and various other legal documents.

"Directs, oversees, manages, trains and supervises lawyers who draft contracts, intergovernmental agreements and various other legal documents.

"Trains and evaluates the performance of subordinate staff to ensure development and enhancement of skills necessary to accomplish their duties.

"Reviews agency solicitation documents related to procurement matters.

"Keeps abreast of United States Department of Housing and Urban Development ( "HUD ) regulations and policies.

"Attends Board briefings and other meetings with executive leadership, as necessary.
