Deputy General Manager (RN)- Care Home

Location: Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, SA15 1HU

Hours: 40 hours per week (mix of supernumerary/leading the shift)

Pay: £53,000 per year

The Role:

• Support the General Manager and lead the home in their absence
  
• Oversee care standards through audits, clinical supervision, and compliance checks
  
• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care
  
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident wellbeing and quality of life
  

Essential Criteria:

• Registered Nurse (NMC) with mentoring/supervision qualification
  
• Experience supporting residents with varied health needs
