An Islamic Nursery & Primary School in Uganda is seeking an experienced Deputy Headmaster / Deputy Principal to lead initiatives focused on improving teaching quality and learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

-Teacher training and professional development

-Instructional coaching and mentoring

-Classroom observation and feedback

-Academic quality assurance and supportive supervision

-Supporting school improvement initiatives

Requirements:

-Proven school leadership experience

-Strong primary education background (Mathematics preferred)

-Experience in teacher development and quality assurance

-Strong understanding of effective teaching and learning practices

-Familiarity with Islamic values and educational environments

Package:

USD 2,500 net per month
