The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Deputy Chief, Manpower, Organization, and Resources Division in the Directorate of Manpower, Personnel, and Services at a major command (MAJCOM), sharing with the Division Chief the full scope of responsibility for directing the activities of the Division and, in the chiefs absence. Responsibilities Works with the Division Chief in planning, organizing, and overseeing the activities of the Division. Formulates program goals, plans, policies, and procedures and work plans dealing with the development and operation of command-wide manpower functions and activities; participates in providing both technical and administrative direction to subordinate branch chiefs and through them their assigned nonsupervisory employees.
