In this role, you will support the Home Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the service, ensuring we meet and exceed all regulatory standards and legislative requirements.

You can expect a fantastic salary of £40,019 per annum.

Responsibilities:

Care & Operational Practice:

Ensure young people receive individual support, maintain family contact, and are prepared for adulthood.
Create a homely, safe, and well-maintained environment that respects privacy and encourages positive social behavior.
Oversee planned admissions and discharges, ensuring stability within the home.
