Role Summary

The Deputy Manager – Design will be responsible for designing and developing innovative faucet products from concept to commercialization. The role involves product styling, engineering design, prototype development, value engineering, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product launches while meeting quality, cost, and performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop new faucet products, accessories, and product variants.
• Prepare 3D models, engineering drawings, and BOM using CAD software.
• Develop concepts based on market trends, customer requirements, and competitor benchmarking.
• Coordinate with tooling, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and marketing teams during product development.
• Conduct design validation, DFMEA, tolerance analysis, and engineering calculations.
