Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited Key Responsibilities Validate Onboard Chargers (OBC), DC-DC Converters, and vehicle-level power electronic systems against specifications, DFMEA, automotive standards, and validation requirements.
Perform hardware testing and validation at component, subsystem, and system levels, with strong understanding of power electronic circuits and components such as MOSFETs, IGBTs, MOVs, GDTs, filters, diodes, and capacitors.
Analyze CAN data, identify issues, and support troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities.
Prepare Design Verification Plans (DVPs) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define validation strategies and test requirements.
Develop and automate test setups, execute validation tests, generate reports, and ensure timely closure of validation activities.
Work closely with design teams, suppliers, and external test laboratories to plan, track, and deliver validation milestones.
