Assist the Head of Legal & Advisory in overseeing and managing the Legal & Advisory’s functions and activities in relation to operational matters including but not limited to REITs sale and lease back, lease renewal, renovation, land matter and ISO to ensure KPJHB and its group of companies’ legal rights are protected.
Assist the Unit Head to lead, coach and mentor the team of legal professionals’ subordinates, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence and continuous learning.
Provide legal advice to KPJHB and its group of companies on operational matters to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and corporate governance requirements.
Negotiate, draft and review contracts, agreements and other legal documents with regards to operational contract including its implementation for KPJHB and its group of companies.
