We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join our Ofsted rated GOOD Solo Unit Children’s Home

Supporting 8-18 year olds with EBD and challenging behaviours.

The owners Registered Manager and Responsible Individuals require someone who is enthusiastic and energetic.

Quality is key. We seek a person that is consistent ,reliable and has the knowledge. Someone who cares and will always find a solution.

The team including Registered Manager ,Responsible Individual and Directors will be there with full support and encourage training qualifications and progression.

Will consider a SSW with level 3 CYP and support Leadership and Management Diploma

Requirements of our Deputy Manager

* Work with the young person and team to develop strategies to reduce behaviours/work with unlined factors and stimuli/triggers.

* Develop therapeutic response for the team to follow.
