Minimum 08 years of relevant experience out of which 2-3 years in managerial capacity.

Education

The Deputy Manager, Human Resources will be responsible for supervising and controlling the following aspects of people management at the campus level:

• HR OPERATIONS AND COMPLIANCE Support the Head of HR in developing and executing the hospital's HR strategy and annual HR plan.
• Leading and managing the HR team at campus level, ensuring it is qualified, well-trained, and capable of meeting the job requirement.
