What you will be working on: The Legal Operations Group (LOG) is seeking outstanding and driven candidates with a keen interest in data to drive informed decisions‑and policy‑making. We have opportunities in two teams: the Business Intelligence (BI) Team and the Data Team.
BI Team - Monitor, track and measure the effectiveness of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and work with business units to ensure the provision of timely and reliable statistical reports to management.
- Develop an in‑depth understanding of the business processes across the various divisions, collaborate with business users to extract actionable insights from data and processes and translate requirements into analytics solutions (e.g. dashboards, data products).
- Provide analytical data support to business units for the preparation of papers and research projects that will enable the organisation to manage or deal with its work more effectively or efficiently.
