Purpose
This position manages, assists and controls the maintenance of boilers and its auxiliaries to ensure the availability of boiler for uninterrupted power production.
Major responsibilities are maintenance of equipment’s
• Planning, supervision and execution of forced and planned outages
• Preparation of SOP’s for equipment maintenance;
Introduction of improved and economic methods in maintenance procedures
• Record keeping of maintenance activities
• Preparation of annual departmental budget
• Spares management
