Deputy Manager Purchase

Responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring cost-effective sourcing of goods, maintaining supplier relationships, and optimizing inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement & Supplier Management

   Prepare and maintain a list of stock items required by the company.

   Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers.

   Send inquiries, collect quotations, compare pricing and terms.

   Negotiate contracts, prices, and payment terms.

   Maintain strong relationships to ensure quality and on-time deliveries.

2. Order Processing & Follow-Up

   Place purchase orders with approved suppliers.

   Track orders, monitor production progress, and ensure timely shipments.

   Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams for customs clearance.

   Resolve delays, quality discrepancies, or shortages.
