Responsibilities:
Plan, direct, and maintain the Quality Management System across the business.
Ensure certified plants continuously meet ISO 9001 and PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425 requirements.
Conduct gap analyses, lead internal compliance audits, and manage QMS documentation.
Collaborate closely with Production, R&D, Commercial, and Maintenance leads across Knitting, Fabric Processing, C&S Liners, and Gloves to investigate and resolve quality related issues.
Coordinate and manage Quality and Social Audits on behalf of customers.
