3 - 6 years of relevant Work Experience in Manufacturing Production Line, Assembly, Aggregates Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Manage and supervise Transaxle Assembly operations to achieve production targets, quality, and safety requirements.
Handle End of Line (EOL) testing activities including leak test, noise test, functional test, and performance validation.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), control plans, and quality standards.
Monitor assembly line performance and take corrective actions for downtime, rejection, and productivity losses.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Production Planning, and Manufacturing Engineering teams for smooth operations.
Analyse defects and implement root cause analysis and corrective actions using problem-solving tools.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, quality, cost reduction, and process optimization.
