Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates using structured interviews and relevant assessments. Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, decision forums, and offers; manage negotiations and closures. Build and maintain diverse pipelines for critical/recurring roles; maintain ATS hygiene and data integrity.
