In this role, you will provide expert legal advice and support to our clients in derivatives and OTC trading, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and facilitating seamless transactions.
This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with leading clients on ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, and other derivatives documentation, shaping legal strategies and supporting global trading operations.

Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, Master Confirmation Agreements, Term Commitment Agreements, Account Control Agreements, and other derivatives trading documents.
Providing legal guidance on derivatives transactions, collateral management, and OTC trading compliance.
