Job Description:

Mission

The Fullstack Developer should, with moderate guidance & support from the direct manager, be responsible for building and maintaining internal web systems that support People & HR processes, owning the full development cycle from technical design through delivery, integrating frontend and backend in a consistent and scalable manner.

Scope of Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal web systems, working on both frontend (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and backend layers.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle: technical requirements analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
• Implement API integrations and database connections to support the systems built.
• Collaborate with the designer and product owner to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
