The Accessory Engineer is responsible for the complete lifecycle management of vehicle accessories, including exterior, interior, and commercial part & accessories, from concept through design, development, release, validation, launch, and ongoing product support. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams, suppliers, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and program management to deliver high‑quality accessory products that meet customer expectations, program timing, cost targets, and quality requirements. The position supports production, dealer‑installed, OEM, aftermarket, and vehicle customization programs across multiple vehicle platforms.
