We are looking for an engaging, commercially minded Full-Time Swimming Pool Design Consultant to join our specialist team, focusing on guiding high-net-worth clients through the selection and specification of our premium pre-formed pool shells and pool equipment packages.

The Role

While our headquarters are based in West Sussex, this is a nationwide, field-based role. You can be based anywhere in the UK, acting as the expert guide for our clients and transforming their initial inquiries into confirmed luxury pool projects.

This role combines consultative sales with technical product expertise. You will work directly with homeowners, architects, and landscapers, guiding them through pool shell options, finishes, and equipment specifications to match each choice against site conditions, budget, and design intent.
