The Design Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the coordination and integration of multi disciplinary design inputs to ensure that the project is delivered in accordance with client requirements design standards and program timelines.

• Coordinate between different design disciplines (Civil structural MEP landscape etc.) to ensure integrated design delivery.
• Support the Design Manager in managing the design process from concept to IFC stages.
• Track design submissions and review processes to ensure compliance with design programs and deliverable requirements.
• Assist in managing comments from clients authorities and other stakeholders ensuring they are logged addressed and closed in a timely manner.
• Organize and document design coordination meetings workshops and technical reviews.
