Frasers Property Singapore is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Design Director with a strong background in architecture and design to lead the end-to-end design development process across major real estate developments in Singapore and Malaysia for Frasers Property. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 12 years of experience, including time spent with leading developers and/or top‑tier architecture and design firms, and possess a deep understanding of the business, design and construction aspects of development.

This role will oversee the design vision from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with market positioning, asset performance, and brand standards, particularly across retail and residential asset classes.
