**Job Description:**

The Design Engineer II is responsible for the design, analysis, validation, and support of mechanical components and motor-related systems used in power tools. This position will serve as a key technical resource for engineering, quality, production, operations, and supply chain teams, ensuring product performance, manufacturing continuity, and successful implementation of engineering changes.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Develop and evaluate design, manufacturing, and process solutions for engineering challenges.
+ Provide technical support to production and manufacturing operations.
+ Support requests and investigations from Quality, Production, OPM, Customs, and other cross-functional departments.
+ Perform root cause analysis (RCA), troubleshooting, and corrective action implementation.
+ Execute and manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
