Job Title: Design Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer to lead the design of complex electromechanical equipment from concept through production, while supporting a critical engineering transition. This role requires significant experience in machine design, thermal/fluid systems, manufacturing, and full product ownership. The ideal candidate will be a high-level problem solver capable of operating autonomously and mentoring junior engineers.
Responsibilities

+ Design complex electromechanical systems using SolidWorks or similar CAD tools.

+ Manage projects from concept through production, ensuring full product ownership.

+ Solve complex engineering challenges with innovative and creative solutions.
