First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic national construction business who are looking to recruit a Design Engineer on a permanent basis due to growth based at their Swindon depot.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To manage design consultant activities and deliverables to ensure they are completed in line with the agreed programme and Client requirements. This may include more than one consultant.To be the technical lead for the permanent works design on the project unless an Design Manager is present.Ensure both input and output deliverables for the design are tracked and reported to the Project/Engineering Manager as required.Manage the Technical Queries process. Assigning actions and follow up on responses.Manage and communicate all design queries, comments and information required from Design workshops and meetings and keep records.
